Definitely the place to go to when you're downtown as a visitor with no car and have to get your laptop fixed in a hurry, even if it's just to replace a charger. Excellent technical and personable service at a reasonable price. Shane is a busy entrepreneur who works out of his apartment so best to call ahead and leave a message. Highly recommended.

Had an emergent problem and still got my laptop looked at despite it being after standard business hours. Super friendly service, somehow got my laptop working again, and clear recommendations on how to avoid the problem from reoccurring in the future!

Shane was very nice and repaired my Dell laptop quickly, replacing one of the fans that was broken. And he kindly met me at a convenient location for me to pick it up after the repair.
