Nicole is the BEST colorist - prior to having Nicole do my color it would always have an unwanted reddish tinge to it - Nicole is a master and my color is now always the beautiful shade that I want it to be!
Absolutely great first-time experience! I was greeted and offered a drink immediately, and the front desk staff thoughtfully took my winter coat to hang up out of the way. Ericka did an amazing job listening to what I wanted for my hair (cut and balayage), and the end result is even better than what I had hoped for. The salon itself is stylish and relaxing, and I will definitely be back!
Quality: 5/5 I was new to the area and hoping around, trying to find an esthetician I could trust. I see Karen, and she is phenomenal. I've been going here for over a year now. I do all my waxing here, and I also get facials. They use high-quality products, and I'm happy with the results. In my experience, waxing isn't all that painful if you have an esthetician who knows what they are doing. Service: 4/5 Karen is great! I have also had my hair done here and was happy with the hairdresser. I have had a few issues with scheduling at the front desk, either getting scheduled at the wrong time or difficulty rescheduling. Atmosphere: 4.5/5 It's a clean salon that smells like Aveda products. They offer coffee, tea, or water, which is a nice touch.
