Professional inspection and a very nice guy,,,..would have given him 5 stars but I did not approve of the additional upsell of services that was added to the proposal....I asked for a GAS line quote install, not a additional service contract.....I am sure this is a Company wide policy, and is not his fault....was not asked for in a quote, but was automatically inserted...too bad... read full review
The technician Austin was on time, polite and laid out the options to video the main sewer line. This is a rental property in Deer Park. We ended up with plan B. That involved a second appt which was 2 days later. Got a timely follow up phone call from him to meet my tenant. The report was very satisfactory. The service was impeccable! Would hire this local company without hesitation!
very prompt service with impeccable communication and sent photos of technician via text and email for safety and awareness. Team did a great job.
For me, this was a same day hot water heater replacement.
