Well I didn't get as far to make a review. Which I am sure their services are probably top top. I called to inquire about hours and scheduling. I was told their were several different ladies that work their. They book their own hours. That i would have to know which lady I wanted to see. Obviously I'm not familiar, I haven't lived here long. She was no help at all and told me I should be referred to someone to get an appointment. What a crock! Take your website down then. Don't brag on all the services you do if it's impossible to book an appointment

I’ve been going to Sarah H Anderson for years, who has a loft at the Phenix Salon Suites on Red Bank Rd. I’ve always loved her work and thought we had a great relationship, but lately her pricing has been inconsistent and she made an assumption that I would pay more based on a casual conversation. I contacted her to let her know I could no longer afford her services but that I hoped I could come back in the near future. I recently learned from a friend of a friend who also goes to Sarah that she’s been spreading rumors about why I stopped seeing her. The suites are top notch. I found them to be exceptionally clean and the atmosphere totally professional. Those working here take great pride in their work and judging by the examples I witnessed, they deliver!
