Pete Smith is the in-House/Staff Photographer for one of the most prestigious events in the Cincinnati area.RLH Pageants Unlimited and Co-produced by Cincinnati, the Cincinnati Black Theatre Company. Both organizations have a stellar reputation for excellence, as does Perfect exposure Photography Studio.
