Great company. Larry identified a faucet that had gone bad as the responsible party for my extremely low water pressure. The cold water valve was also struggling and it was replaced with the faucet. Larry determined that the hot water valve was in good shape and suggested it didn't need to be replaced.
Larry seemed happy to entertain my curiosity with many questions regarding the problems found, causes, possible replacement faucets, etc. He patiently and professionally explained the options he had literally laid out on my bathroom floor. We rarely give reviews, but the service we received from this company definitely deserves 5 stars! When a valve break left us without water and the Cincinnati Waterworks was unresponsive, Mark stuck with us and made sure the problem was resolved. It’s the kind of service you rarely see nowadays. We are most graceful, and can highly recommend them without hesitation!
They replaced a leaky laundry room faucet that was difficult to access. Personable, professional, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended. They are now my "go to" plumbers.
