We rarely give reviews, but the service we received from this company definitely deserves 5 stars! When a valve break left us without water and the Cincinnati Waterworks was unresponsive, Mark stuck with us and made sure the problem was resolved. It’s the kind of service you rarely see nowadays. We are most graceful, and can highly recommend them without hesitation!

They replaced a leaky laundry room faucet that was difficult to access. Personable, professional, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended. They are now my "go to" plumbers.

Lisa and I had a year long odyssey with a leaky shower and a host of bad things. I can tell you this-I heard about Pats company from a friend that works in a plumbing supply place and he knows every plumber in the city. Hands down-he suggested Pat and his company.They show up on time, they cleaned up after themselves and his main guy, Mark, is literally the nicest, smartest, most hard working person I have ever met in this vocation. You will not find, and cannot find, a better company in Cincinnati to work with.
