I would recommend PBT to everyone. Madison and Hope are so kind and friendly. Madison helped me so much when I 1st joined. She answered all my questions and gave me advice. Hope also helped me with advice on products. Always very welcoming when I arrive. I am sure the other staff members are great, I just haven’t had the pleasure of meeting them yet. If you want a clean, well kept, friendly tanning salon, this is where you need to be.

I just left the Kenwood location and was very impressed with the service. I have never seen it so busy (in 10+ years) and the 2 young ladies were very gracious. Many customers walked in at the same time after 8pm. I'm glad they had more than one person to close because I'm sure they will be there late tonight. Despite the chaos, they were kind to each customer. The girl with the wavy red hair was exceptionally sweet and apologetic to everyone for the wait (not her fault!). Good service is hard to come by and they did a great job.Services: Tanning

Very clean, Kelsey helped me, there was an issue with my upgrade but she said she'd take care of it with her managers help. Then the bed didn't work she tried everything but eventually she swapped me to a stand up. I like going to this location a lot the beds are really nice and the staff are always friendly
