Updated review. I took down my 3 stars, that were totally deserved at the time. It's been a few years how, there have been a few changes for the better. So the salon is clean. The beds all work. If there are any issues with the beds say something trust in me these people know how much this costs they want you to have the best experience and to also come back, so if yu have any issues address them. Yes tanning is expensive. I wouldn't call any tanning salon cheap. There may be a salon with cheaper rates, but what are you paying for? At Palm beach I'm tanning top notch. They have new anti aging skin care items and things you should also check out. I'm a uv all day bed layer....read full review

I'm not sure why there is so many 1 star reviews. I've been going here for awhile now and I have always had a great experience. My spray tan looks beautiful and people are always surprised when I tell them it's not natural! Also shout out to the ladies at the front desk today! Great customer service, it's a hard job and they do a really great job

I really appreciate the customer service here. They are always really nice and helpful but aren't overly pushy with sales. However, it seems the beds are very inconsistent. I have told them before that several of their beds face fans aren't working but then am told that they haven't had anyone else complain so they dont look into it. Here I am again in bed 5 and the face fan isn't working again... I can't go without these since I overheat easily. Please take customer complaints seriously when it comes to your beds.
