Orkin has been very prompt with all my service calls. When ever I needed them for additional help they gave me the piece of mine that I originally wanted when I paid for the service. Moreover, the service reps and specialist like Richard are good at what they do. They all tend to really be engaged with their work. I highly recommend Orkin !
