Natalie gave me the best facial I’ve ever had, gave great recommendations, and was so friendly. I can’t wait to book with her again. (My blind ass also left my glasses in the bathroom and thankfully they held them at the desk for me to collect after my appointment ? - so thankful for the nice lady at the desk)

Today I have the pleasure of going to Omega Beauty for a Korean lash lift with Kalie. My entire experience was wonderful. She was very warm and kind and very easy to talk to. She’s very gentle and explains the process thoroughly and even consults on how you’d like your lashes to look after the lift. My lashes looked exactly how I wanted them to and the process was very relaxing and I had a great time talking to Kalie!

To start off I have a severe nut allergy and when I booked a headspa with Bre I told her right away. She and another staff member started looking through all the potential products that were going to be used. In that moment I felt seen and heard, and still do till this day. I have never had this happened before to where the staff actually took the time to look, they usually just say okay no nuts but don’t take into account what my outcome could be. If she couldn’t read the words on the bottle they would scan it, that’s how important she cares about her clients.
