Worst service, lazy employees by far they should close this place down , I've shipped multiple packages with FedEx and now the staff is speaking for the drivers who pick up because they are lazy ... FedEx drop and pickup not office max employee suggestions ... one customer at a time is how big stores close down ... should be zero stars

Best place to ship. Open when post office isn't, plus they have fed ex, and boxes of any size. Friendly staff. Im happy every time I go. One employee seems a little political but what business isn't?

Rude management and cluless workers who don't know their store. Prices are outrageous! They will throw out a decent sale to get people in the store. They regularly offer 100% free batteries via point rebates. Overpay for batteries and get your money back in rewards if you happen to have an account. I went to buy gift cards to get credit card bonuses. The manager said I could only make 1 purchase. He claimed it was corporate policy and he would get fired. I wanted to make 3 100 dollar purchases on 3 separate cards. He said I could make 1 300 purchase, but not 3 100 purchases. I said i know you are afraid of stolen credit cards, but i am not making 5000 purchases, and the cards match my drivers license." His name was Nate. I couldn't find the policy on their website so called Customer Service. She couldn't find it and checked with supervisors. They said there is no policy. This store has limited inventory. Go to Staples.
