I could not have asked for a better experience than the one I had at Noah’s Ark of Colerain. The staff was friendly, attentive, and treated my dog like he was their own, playing, giving affection and creating a positive experience for him the entire time. I didn’t feel a customer, I felt like a friend throughout our appointment. The clinic was clean, organized and professional in appearance. Despite being a Friday evening and me being a bit frantic, as this was an unforeseen fact visit, the staff was calm and kind putting me at ease. Dr. Hird was great and if we were not just visiting from out of town, I would 100% return to this hospital and I highly recommend it...read full review

Just wanted to say a HUGEEE thank you to Dr. Rein(hopefully i spelled that right) for being so patient and answering all of my questions about my dogs back injury and calling and checking in on him throughout the process of his bed rest this past month , im so happy to have had such a caring doctor through this rough time with my little family and a thank you for the receptionist out front who got my messages to her when needed! Ive gone to Noahs ark for years and also worked there for a couple and i just couldnt be more grateful for the staff and the care they provide for me and my pets ♥️♥️ I will always bring my animals here and I will always recommend to people...read full review
