I was shocked at the lack of professionalism by this firm. First off, there was no formality or contract signed. I have worked with several accountants and never not had an engagement letter signed by both parties detailing the work to be completed, rates, confidentiality, etc. Second on the topic of confidentiality, I found out that the firm had been communicating with parties outside of the the firm--sending my personal information back and forth without my consent. I deal in a line of work that require strict confidentiality and compliance and would never dream of sending that type of information over unsecure communication and without consent of all parties involved....read full review
