“This place rules. I have tried out a few med spas in cincy, Out of all the staffs i've done business with this staff is definitely the most attentive and tend to you professionally. They set You up with your services and then they go chatter and be leisure amongst themselves. But they never prioritize that socializing above the service, in my past experiences I have been tended to after leisure conversations. Always extremely clean. There's a huge variety of different services to try. I just visited them for the third time and I'm committing to going there weekly honestly.“

“I have been going to Livio for several years, but I wanted to give a review on their RF microneedling. They just started offering this service. I have had RF microneedling before and it was very painful. But, 1 RF microneedling is equal to 3 regular microneedling is what I read once. So, when they started offering this service, I jumped on it thinking it would be painful but I was ready. I was amazed at how NOT painful it was. I told Laura that it was the same or even a little less painful than regular microneedling. If you do microneedling this is the way to go. By the next morning, there was no redness. I did not have any peeling. I have nothing but positive to say about the RF microneedling machine they offer. Not all RF microneedling machines are created equal. Laura is the best of the best, as always.“

“Massage therapists are fabulous! The only reason I don’t give it five stars is because of the scheduling issues that I’ve had in the past. I drive a long way to get to this place (30-45 minutes without traffic), and there were two times that I showed up for a massage, and the massage therapist wasn’t there. I had not been notified in advance. Although the staff apologized, and I wasn’t charged, nobody ever tried to make it right by offering me any sort of compensation for my travel time and gas money.“
