We just had our hardwood floors refinished in our kitchen and first floor. We had dark wood and we decided to have them sanded and stained to a lighter finish. We had a GREAT experience with our sales rep, Lee, at Beechmont McSwains. He previously helped us with our basement LVT, and we were thrilled with his attention and service, so we trusted we’d have a great experience again… and we did! Lee checked in on us throughout the process to make sure we were happy, and we truly appreciated that. We are so thrilled with the hardwood results, both stain and finish, that we’ve decided to redo our carpets as well.
