I came into property management with no experience and the team at LCS/Rent Manger are everything. From 1-on-1 trainings to help with phone setup every person at this company I've worked with has been lovely. My most recent experience with phones was very confusing but Mikaela went above and beyond to make sure I understood precisely how my phone setup worked down to the hours and sub auto attendant scripting.
