Doing business with LOTR was a delight and I would highly recommend them for any roofing/siding project. Terri(the owner) and her field rep Camielle went to bat for me and my family when dealing with my insurance company. They are real advocates for the customer in a claims situation. They busted their rear ends on my project, going above and beyond in dealing with a huge impersonal insurance company who's M.O. is to pay the least amount possible. Also a shout out to the crew who did the install, working into the night to complete the project. Afterwards they cleaned up thoroughly in the dark. Impressive stuff from those guys! Again, I highly recommend LOTR. They will work hard for you every step of the way.
