I usually come to this Krogers every single day & I prefer to use the self checkout since there are often very few cashier's. Well today I had gone to exchange my primo water bottle and get a new one thus making it appear that I had many items in my cart due to its size. The self checkout worker " Marsha " began immediately telling me to turn around or else she would call security she wouldn't even let me explain that the empty water bottle was taking up space in my cart. This Kroger is always busy and a madhouse in the checkout lanes. If you're in a rush, don't come here! The lines alone can take you up to ten minutes to get to a self checkout. This Kroger is sometimes understaffed so the self checkout areas drop from 3 to 1. When all is good, this place runs smoothly! If they're understaffed, they suffer. If you're looking for quick cheap sushi, their sushi area is always good! I've only had one sub par roll of sushi from them in the three years I've lived in Clifton! I get their sushi once or twice a month and absolutely enjoy it! Clicklist/Kroger Pick-up is almost always out within 1-3 minutes! I let them... read full review

I love my little ghetto Kroger. Why? Because it's mine. I've seen a man roll a huge cart of groceries/food out the side door to a waiting minivan with no shame, I've seen a hungry man just unrepentantly start eating fruit out of the produce section, I've waited 10 minutes at the meat counter for someone--anyone--to show, I've waited at the express self-checkout lane behind women who are clearly doing their monthly shop with carts of food and don't give a good GD about an item limit, I've personally been harassed by an employee half my age in the liquor store who didn't believe I was 46, and every time I'm there I see employees... read full review
