A hidden gem of a school. These folks know what they're doing, and are wonderful to work with, and learn from. Some of the instructors have trained in Okinawa, and have a deep respect for the culture and the art of Shuri-Ryu karate. At the same time, they are extremely approachable and down to earth. They're some of the kindest and most patient people I've met, and they care deeply about their students. They will meet you at whatever level you're at, whether you're young, old, fit, or out of shape (even if maybe you've never formally exercised your whole adult life...). My son has been training with the Kosho School of Karate for almost 2 years. My family and I can not say enough good and positive things for not only the style, the teachings and the teachers, but for the entire environment. My son has been growing in amazing speed in the karate! But also emotionally and mentally by learning respect and honor! Thank you Kosho School of Karate!
