Steve was not only knowledgeable, but was friendly as well! They have a big parking lot along the side of the building that was easy to get in and out of. I wish I could give more that five stars

I needed a machine that day, knew exactly what I wanted, and was in and out in 15 minutes. The salesman showed me the vacuum cleaners in my price range and the next price point up, went over the features, let me try the demo machines, and sold me just what I was looking for. I wanted a real vacuum, not some cheap thing from Target, and I’m very happy with my purchase and the machine (I used it right away!). Great store, great service.

I went to the Colerain store to get a part that was outdated. He showed me the new sweeper that was made for our wall system. He was very pleasant and thorough with us. I love the new sweeper and will always go back to them.
