Carol Kalan is amazing, I am transgender and transitioned in my early 30's needless to say there was a ton of hair. From the start Carol was upfront with me and wanted to make sure I was absolutely positive about what I was doing. She then let me know that I had to be entirely committed to the process if we were going to be able to get the results I wanted. I followed her instructions and the results were jaw dropping I have not shaved in years and my skin is gorgeous and as soft as a baby's bottom. I had probably tried all of the wrong things before a friend of mine suggested Carol. She went through the do's and don'ts for removing hair and over the course of several visits permanently got rid of the facial hair that I had wanted gone for years. Carol is the best!
