“Update: they definitely rectified the situation 10 fold. Had a great complimentary second service with Zen! I am a forever customer!<br><br>Apparently it can be extremely harmful to wear your contacts during a lash lift and tint. I was not informed of this before the appointment. It is no where on their website or in the confirmation emails. I wasn’t even told upon checking in. I only happen to find out when I inquired right before we started the service if it was okay. Luckily both myself and my esthetician had the time for me to drive 25mins home and 25mins back. I am not happy about the extra travel time in the middle of rush hour. But I am happy with Emma’s services! She is very sweet and it’s not her fault. And I’m so glad I thought to ask beforehand because I don’t think they tell people unless they ask. I hope they strongly consider prepping clients appropriately for this service. I will return regardless. Super cute place.“
