I have been going to this salon for years now and my mom had been going for years before me. My original stylist (who became a friend) unfortunately left, not to go to another salon, but to be able to spend more time with her family as it grew. My current stylist Christy has become a good friend and she does an amazing job on my hair. I don't have to go in knowing exactly what I want to do with my hair, she always helps me figure it out. It is not one of those fancy salons, but the people are friendly and the prices are fair for the services they provide. I have never left there with hair color/style that I didn't love!!

First time at Hair Factor this morning. I called at 10:40, and got an appointment at 11. Rose had my eyebrows waxed, and my hair shampooed, cut, and dried within 30 minutes. She did a great job and the price was great. I also mentioned some issues I had, so she gave me some tips and tricks while she did my hair. I will be back for sure!!
