The salespeople were great. The product delivered was as promised. They showed up on time and completed the job as described. The product took care of the issues of leaves and drainage that we needed.

Gutter Guards Direct did a great job on a difficult home installation. The existing gutters were clogged and some existing screens were collapsed. The gutters were cleaned and new mesh screens installed. Shouldn't have any more problems.

I did extensive research on what style of gutter guard I wanted and had several companies give me quotes on their systems and tell me why theirs was “the best.” Jonathan was the only representative that didn’t push me to decide that day to get the best deal they offered or start with an outrageously high price only to start the negotiation process. I find that very frustrating. Jonathan was also the only one who really listened to my concerns and discussed with me at length what I wanted to do.
