Just moved to Cincinnati and needed to find a new place to get my hair cut. I was scheduled with Sue and could not be more pleased. The shop is clean and bright. My appointment was right on time. The haircut started with a relaxing shampoo, Sue asked how I wanted my hair styled and was concluded with trimming of my eyebrows and removal of any hair on the back of my neck. Highly recommended.

A car that won't start caused a last minute cancellation by the stylist at Penney's. Our schedule is so packed that when Mrs. E. plans hair appointments they pretty much have to happen at that time. A couple of quick calls and we are set up with Kaitlyn at 2:30. These days I'm trying to be more hospitable or extroverted, you could say. During my conversation with Sarah I learned that current owner, Sue, is the second owner, not the first. Maybe I should talk less? As a result of my efforts, I was talked into a tanning session and then they were working on waxing me. Time in a tanning booth is definitely not for me, but, the facility is clean and the experience serene. She also mentioned nails and hair tinting. I went to wait in the car. It turns out Kaitlyn is very friendly and did a great job on my wife's curls. Cheaper than the Salon at Penneys, we're coming back in two weeks. Since they're next door to the buffet at the Szechuan house, that's fine by me. Another big plus is they are within a mile of our place. 12/21
