I'm surprised this company's rating is low, as I had an overall good experience. Adam came out and replaced my water heater, also adding a second tank on top. It had low pressure on the hot side and very little hot water. He also replaced aging piping and helped me increase the temperature to my liking. To the other reviewers, of course their parts cost more than what's at Home Depot. Aren't we all aware that "good" brands sell lower quality products at box stores, but actually gain their reputation from the parts supplied by professional services? After calling another plumber who could not solve our problem, we called G & R Plumbing. They identified the problem and corrected it without the cost of excavation which had been recommended by another plumber. They also inspected various components of our plumbing system at no extra charge. From now one, G & R will be our "go to" plumber! Thanks Randy and Adam for your quick response to our call and saving us a substantial repair cost! Jim & Linda
