I wish I could give ten-stars of gratitude for how much Santiago helped me when my phone got wet. He took the phone apart with an extensive, complicated repair process. Santiago was so patient, kind, generous, understanding, and helpful, providing the best customer service you can find anywhere! My iPhone 6 would not charge. Took it to Apple Store and they said the port was damaged and they could not fix it. Suggested I buy a new phone. Took it to MicroCenter and they said they could fix it but Apple would not sell them the part. Took to Fix Ur Gadget and he had it repaired in less than an hour and probably for a lot less than the other two places would have charged me if they could have fixed it. I'm taking all my electronics to be repaired here!
