Heartily recommend. Sales representative, project planner, office support, and installation man combined to create a wonderful experience. Our project was a full remodel (extra $) and looks like a million bucks.

Moved into a glorious old house with a troublingly old tub. It was grim and rusty, and the original surround had long since been replaced by a leaky plastic one. It looked terrible. The team at Five Star made it much nicer at a very reasonable price. The team was efficient and professional, and the work got done before the length of time they had estimated. One offer they make (that in our case won our business) was that they would remove and replace any damaged wood below the tub or behind the surround without increasing the price. Five Star Bath Solution is an excellent company. The employees were very helpful and professional. From Josh who came first to present the product and explained everything, He was great. Craig who came out to measure was very nice. To Randy who installed the shower, he was so nice, kind and professional and great to have in my home. I can't say enough how well this company's employees were. Thanks. Keep up the good work
