These guys are awesome. The negative comments are from uptight people. I've never had a problem with the people here or the atm machine. I've been with them for about two years now.

These folks have a terrible system in place. Their policies and procedures are terrible for their customers, they do not have enough folks for their call centers, if the call volume is always at a 45 minute wait, it isn't "higher than usual call volume", its normal call volume. Do not bank with these guys unless you have literally no other choices.

If I was able to select zero that would be my selection. We are an Insurance Company trying to assist our insured with Fifth Third Bank's failure to send their escrow payment for their renewal. Our company has spent more than 6 days and over 4 hours trying to resolve two business concerns. They have advised their phone number had an issue and gave a new phone number after the first three days to get the payment issued for our insured. Only to have to still hold on the new number for another hour after already holding more than two hours two days prior. All of my requests for a supervisor fell on deaf ears until I stated I was on the BBB site about to file a complaint.... read full review
