“1st time meeting her (Jennifer) I wanted my lashes done so bad after failed attempts with the wrong kind of lash services, she was very helpful professional and prompt in her responses but that's not the main reason I'm giving 5 stars , guess what, she never did my lashes !! She explained to me how badly damaged my actual lashes were and advised me to heal my natural lashes first so I'd get the desired outcome and so I would actually have healthy lashes of my own. If that's not someone who stands by their work and is generally concerned about beauty health I don't know what is. Thank you so much!! I'll be there when they heal.“

“I JUST left my appointment, first time I've been here too! I will never go to another waxing place again!! I was a little nervous at first because I haven't done sugaring before and i have sensitive skin, but the whole experience was phenomenal. Taylor was my waxer and she was so sweet, nice and knowledgeable, explained everything really well and made me feel super comfortable and was very thorough (which i really appreciate). Other places used soft/hard wax and the strips, very hot and painful and it would make me bleed and they would leave wax behind with no option to clean up, this place is the complete opposite, not hot, not too painful, no bleeding and she cleaned up well and also gave me a warm rag to wipe off with AND a balm to apply afterwards. 100/10 experience, i would recommend for everyone! (Highly recommend the hydrojelly too)“

“I’ve been a customer of Pinnokios Hair Salon (in all of its various incarnations) for almost 15 years. Not only does Tina do great job with hair—cut, color, styling: she does it all and she does it well—she’s also a good person with a big heart. I think that explains why she is a deeply rooted member of the local community. She’s loyal to a fault and I see that in her interactions with customers and I know it from my personal experience. I travel a lot for my work, and a few years ago I moved out of state. That has meant that I have lots of last-minute haircare needs. Despite her busy schedule Tina has always been responsive and has done her best to fit me in when she can. Her knowledge and experience have been very helpful when I have wanted to try out new styles and new colors as well.
