I called the Experigreen customer service line today prepared to cancel my service and was assisted by Stacy. Man, was I wrong! Stacy listened to my “complaint” that turned out to be a simple misunderstanding on my part! She was professional, kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable and quickly figured out the issue! So instead of my ending my service (even though I’d been pleased with the actual lawn results), I’m continuing as a now more informed Experigreen client.

Tyler Reese (sales rep) was extremely kind. One of the technicians had reported he noticed an unusual amount of spider webs at our windows around our home. Tyler reached out to let us know and informed us of the services the company provides to rid of the issue and a guarantee. Thanks Tyler.
