It was a pleasure to deal with a Company that has such a high degree of intergrity. My son-in-law called me to say his AC was not working and the HVAC company he had look at it told him his compreessor was beyond repair and he needed a new unit for $7000. I called Durbin Heating & Cooing. Not only was their recommended replacement 15% less (for a better unit), but after examining our unit closely, Brent Durbin informed me that all the unit needed was a new capacitor. He had it cooling perfectly in a matter of minutes. Durbin had a sale in hand but chose the honest way, the right way to treat a customer and very inexpensively repaired my unit. They are excellent at what they do. The office staff is friendly and very helpful. The guys that came out to install our new furnace and AC unit had a big job to do since they were removing a furnace that was 56 years old. They did a GREAT JOB. They were on time, explained everything about the new units, and cleaned up after the work was completed. The entire group from the office staff and all the other employees are very knowledgeable and friendly.

I can’t say enough about this company. I have used them for better than 30 years. I have had four homes now and they have been with me with all four. Brent Ryan Mark Charlie are all the best. In this 90° heat today my AC quit last night. Brent had someone here today fixed and the house is cool again. Better yet I had to leave While Ryan was here and thought I would make it back in time before he got finished but he finished with a quick fix, locked my House up and left me a note. I just think this goes above and beyond. I would recommend Durbin heating and air to any and everyone. Thank you guys see you in the fall for my normal Furnace maintenance and cleaning
