I've never purchased anything yet, but believe me I will go to Dr. Micro for sure. My brother, before passing away last year, owned his own company. His computer was absolutely essential to run his business each day. He used Dr. Micro for all his computer needs and had no hesitation purchasing refurbished computers. He said having one or two people was such an advantage. Doug fixed my computer after other places couldn't diagnose the problem. I will be using him for all of my computer needs in the future. Great communication and fair prices, couldn't be happier.

Doug was very nice and knowledgeable. We were able to quickly find a refurbished laptop that would work for my need. He did a great job helping my transfer files and I am sure he will be helpful in the future if I need it.
