These guys are the best to work with! They are great with service for older people who couldn’t go to store to fix there phone!!!! Rick really know how to help out!!! They are available in early morning when stores are even not opened. ????
This guy is great, daughters screen cracked at 600 on a holiday weekend and he said to run over and he could fix it. He had the new screen as well as new case on in 20 minutes. Very nice and professional
Highly recommend!! Great customer service! I have a Samsung Galaxy j7 perx that had a broken screen, barely working side button and bad water damage. Ubreakifix store turned me away at 2 different locations and told me to send it back to Samsung due to water damage. They refused to touch it. However, I didn't want to send it away because Samsung would wipe the data/reset phone to factory settings in order to fix it. My best friend passed away a few months ago and although I have backed up most pictures, I do not know of a way to save our text messages.
