I am so pleased with the professionalism. My daughter’s and I have moved up here to Cincinnati from Atlanta. We are searching for a new stylist. Due to the fact that I needed someone immediately they were unable to fulfill the time frame. However, she offered other options and available times. I needed a stylist sooner. She took it a step further and offered other leads that she recommends. Which showed me her efforts of wanting to help the customer. This type of service is sparingly. I wanted to do something different with My short curly hair for this weekend and after doing some research online, I chose this salon. Toi washed, conditioned and straightened my hair. She also gave me a haircut. I am so happy with the end result. I didn't know my hair could look this good. The salon is beautifully decorated and Toi is so very professional. Theres a reason this salon comes up with the reviews it does when you search "curly hair salon" lol I have never left a salon with my hair not looking like a rats nest. Toi gave me a great cut and used products and styling techniques that actually maintain a good curly look after leaving the salon. I thank you
