Corneilus Bell has been my Barber for tha last 4 years. In my opinion, he's the BEST BARBER IN CINCINNATI! He's always courteous, frendly & funny. But outside of his personality is an artist who uses clippers like a painter with a brush who is able to configure visual masterpieces using your hair as the landscape. He is EXTRAORDINARLY TALENTED!
