I placed an order with Cincy Favorites. I was at fault when placing my order by entering a bad address. Cincy Favorites contacted me the next business day and corrected my error and still shipped my order and it was here, still on the date I requested. The customer service was very accommodating, personal and professional at the same time. They were obviously local to the Cincinnati area and knowledgeable of their products. If not, I was fooled. I have family that originated in Cincinnati and there are some childhood flavors that I crave. I’ve found the company that can accommodate those cravings. The online experience was second to none!
