Excellent service. We highly recommend Cincinnati Repair. They helped us navigate the repair of two printers. Ultimately, it was recommended to swap them out. The mother boards come from China and too long of a wait. Brilliant. Transparent and generous. Can only imagine that when we have another printer go south, these folks will repair it well. They know printers!!!

Called Cincinnati Printer & Computer Repair regarding a couple of printer problems. Talked with Eric who was very patient with me as I tried to explain my printer problem without knowing much about printers. He was very knowledgeable and gave excellent detail on what he determined was occurring and the options for repair. Will be my first call in the future. Highly recommend him and his company!

Thanks for the great information on your website! Was able follow the instructions and download the file to fix the 59.F0 error on our HP M477. Will definitely call when we need a repair.
