If I could select a worse score I would. Had an appointment at 915 am got there at 850. Checked in and went to the lobby outside of the area that was doing the test. It is now 10am and we have not even been acknowledged. Everyone, even a late patient was taken in before us and we were early for the appointment. I would rather drive down to clifton than put up with this unprofessional situation.

The nurse that took care of my son was very polite she went above and beyond what was expected. However the nurse practitioner who saw my son was extremely unprofessional. I'm highly disappointed in the service she provided mainly because my son had supposedly symptoms of covid and made my son get tested. And when I say made I mean she made him get tested she wouldn't give him a note for school unless he took the test. I do not recommend this location to anyone they will just try to tell you that your child has covid even though the symptoms aren't even symptoms that's on the list. I will find out how to make a formal complaint to Childrens about this nurse practitioner because she is wrong it is our right as a patient to refuse a test but she refused to write a note for him to go back to school unless he got tested so he was forced to take a test that he didn't want to take. And of course the test was NEGATIVE!!

My 3yo daughter fell and hurt her knee and could not put any weight on it for two days. Of course, these things always happen on a weekend, so I was a little worried about coming to Green Township on a Sunday (if they had all the resources or would I be required to visit two places) and how long would we have to wait. I showed up a little before noon (when they opened), left the building at 1:15pm - and could not be happier with my experience. We were fourth to check - in. We were taken back immediately after registration for vitals then given a room. We only waited a few minutes for a nurse to come in. They ordered xrays of my daughters knee (which at the main campus usually takes forever) and within minutes were escorted to get her xrays. They even had results back within 10-15 minutes. I was shocked and relieved at the same time. Luckily, the xrays showed a sprain. But more than that, the doctor was so thorough in explaining what the xray shows, what to do and if she doesn't get better, she went through what signs to look for and what period of time to wait before bringing her back -- and the best case, worst case scenario. I felt completely in the loop and well educated on how to care for my daughter after the visit. We have come to this Urgent Care three times over the last 3-4 years and have such a great experience every time. THANK YOU, Children's, for offering such amazing service to the West Side!
