even when you get your tax info in 2 months before the deadline, they can't get it done. they leave you hanging and don't return calls or let you know if your taxes will be finished on time or if an extension will be needed. if you owe $ you could be notified at 5:00 on tax day. it's extremely stressful. staff is severely understaffed. even with the untimely death of Chuck 2/23, it has always been this way, so that is not a logical excuse that the firm can use. it's time to seek a new CPA. sorry, can't recommend

I have been using this firm for a few years now. This is the most professional of all the CPA firms in this area. Chuck, Kathy, and David are all very nice and helpful. They explain my tax return to me when I come and pick it up. They have all the envelopes already filled out and ready for me to mail them. No other firm does this that I have used. The price they charge is very cheap. They are only charge for how long it took to input the work into the computer. They do not charge me for postage or to make copies of my return like other firms that I have used. All their employees are very friendly. They always respond to my emails the same day that I sent them. When I pick up my taxes, I know that they are done correctly which makes me feel good and comfy inside. This place makes you feel like a royal when you use them. They have the best customer service of any CPA firm the country. Chuck makes sure to keep all client information confidential unlike and other firm that I used. He never publishes any client that he has. I would recommend this firm to anyone. When I drop of my taxes, I know that they are in great hands and will be done correctly.

Where should I begin Kathy and Chuck they started doing my taxes a year ago and they have done nothing but screw up and demand money and in the times of covid this is extremely important Chuck prepared false tax returns for 2019 and started to prepare false returns for 2020 and when this was brought to his attention he terminated our service saying he has a shortage of staff and is unavailable to complete or fix the fraudulent returns prepared my numbers and all expenses were provided to chuck via email but he failed to use the numbers provided and when asked why he couldnt provide any explanation no review of my business taxes were allowed prior to filing which is a absolute no no we had a check that bounced during the covid and chuck pressured or company for payment but the whole time it was for a false return once we made the payment good Chuck terminated service 3 days prior to the 2020 4th quarter returns were due bottom line he is all about the money and not about protecting you and your company
