The pump in my small pond failed and I am clueless about the whole setup. I called Jones Fishery in Newtown, which was my only prior contact, but they couldn't come out for several weeks. The pond has a stable population of goldfish and I didn't feel like I could wait that long so they referred me to Jason at Cascade Ponds. Which was a true godsend! He responded to my voicemail very quickly, asked a few questions and came out THE VERY NEXT DAY, in spite of an already full schedule. Jason replaced the pump, added a flexible float and a new electric cord, AND restacked all my rocks at a very reasonable cost.
