Very good experience this evening at Care First. Used the online portal prior to showing up, so it was very easy to check in and see the Dr. I was so grateful for their professionalism after I gave them a pharmacy location that had closed at 7pm. They immediately changed to another pharmacy with later hours. Thank you! Truly appreciated.
I have consistently had uncommonly great experiences here. My PCP team is great but it’s nice to know I can depend on this clinic when PCP too busy. The entire staff; reception and Nurses/MAs are kind, efficient and professional. The providers MDs/NPs/PAs are fantastic. They give great education; explain why I’m getting an antibiotic or why I don’t need one. I really appreciate that because I don’t like to take antibiotics. They are efficient, professional and I really trust the care they offer. Thanks y’all. Hope I don’t need you soon but I know where you are if I do ?
