My name is Ronell Smith on 6/20 around 9 something I walked into colerain south carefirst urgent i wanted to be seen because I was having trouble breathing The staff there was amazing I had to get there names Front Desk Andrea got me checked in and was polite Medical Assistance Krystal took great care of me she greeting me when she came in my room she was polite and had manners she took my vitals and she kept me updated on what the next step would be she let me know that she was doing a breathing treatment she made sure she explain what to do and she wore gloves when hooking the machine up which was a plus for me because that something I had to put in my mouth to breath... read full review
My experience was great, everybody was professional, caring and thorough! I have been here a few times and always go back! They listen, write notes on paper, no computers. You have their full attention and I love it!
Got there around 12:45 on a Monday.Two other people in the waiting area. Nurse doing registration very nice and helpful. Nurse that took vitals and strep test was nice and did her job well. I waited for 15 min as expected for rapid test results. Doctor (I didn’t catch her name) was personable and knowledgeable. Thanks for an easy visit.
