I want to specially thank the entire staff, especially the medical assistant and provider who went over and beyond to provide me an excellent patient experience. I was very nervous and embarrassed by my medical issue and the staff was extremely patient with answering all my questions, talking me through each process all while providing emotional support. Excellent quality patient care still exists as I receive it at Care First Urgent Care. A Stellar experience! Thank you again.
The staff at this location made my visit experience very satisfying. Starting with Carrie at the front desk, Heneen-Medical Asst., Michelle-Provider. DR. They was friendly, professional, and very accommodating. BEST urgent care visit compared to any in the past here at this Colerain location or elsewhere in Cincinnati.
Staff was extremely friendly, and we didn't have to wait at all. The person who took care of my injury was very compassionate and professional. Urgent care is not a place one wants to go to on a regular basis, but if I ever have to go again, I would definitely return to this one.
