“I got to work with Fred recently, and I want to say how thankful I am for his huge knowledge and experience with cars and his great attitude. My car was having problems with the alternator, AC, and some bad wires, and Fred fixed these issues with ease. He was amazing at troubleshooting and figuring out the problem extremely fast, and he worked hard to fix everything fast. He definitely goes above and beyond and makes sure that you are happy with the results he gives you!Fred is extremely knowledgeable, and he explains the problems and how he will fix them in a way that is easy to understand. He worked really carefully on fixing all the parts of the car. What makes Fred special is that he's not only good at fixing cars, but he also charges very fair prices, which was a nice surprise. He calls in to shops and gets you the best products at the best price he can, and I don’t have to do a thing! When Fred has my car I know I got the best deal I can. :) Im serious Fred can get something done in one day when a dealership would take a week to do!! This guy is magic and gets the parts you need extremely fast.It's not easy to find mechanics you can trust, but Fred is a great find. He's really good at solving problems and has lots of experience, and more people should know about him and his excellent work. “Service department makes communication so easy and convenient. Texts keep you updated and you can reach out to your service writer without sitting on hold. I even got a video inspection so I could actually see what they're talking about if something was wrong and could accept or decline additional services via text. Will always come here as long as I own an Audi.“
