At the onset of my initial session she checked in with me about some challenges I have with my own body, what my movement and typical recovery strategies are and what my goals are. She made me feel comfortable and communicated with me consistently throughout the session to make sure expectations were met. Kisiah knows the human body and has great suggestions for how to keep things on track in between massage sessions.
