I’ve had my hair cut in the past by her with no issues, this was a shock to me.Scheduled an appointment for Saturday Nov14 @1000, and she couldn’t unlock the door, which wasn’t her fault. We rescheduled for 1430. She sent me a text later that day to reschedule again for the following day, Today, Sunday Nov15 @1530, to which I agreed. After having sat here for over an hour being ignored by the stylist (pretty positive she blocked my number, because another stylist was able to at least get it to ring), I can confidently say that she is unprofessional and doesn’t care at all for her clients time.Just go elsewhere, she doesn’t want your business. Scheduled an appt for a kids cut same day. First, the google site and her booking site have two different addresses so I wasnt sure where to go. We arrived and I tried to message and cal but she wasn’t there. 10 min after appt, we left. I got a message 30 min after appt time that she was running late. Ended up taking him somewhere else.Service: Haircut
