First time visiting a chiropractor! One of the best experience I’ve had. If you are looking for a knowledgeable chiropractor Dr. Garda is the perfect choice.He doesn’t just treat your symptoms he works to find the root of the problem! I’ve had back pain for years and in just a few visits I feel better than I have in a long time! 10 stars in my book.
Dr. Garda has been a big help with my overall lower back pain and sciatica. I was waking up multiple times a night with pain and that has been dramatically reduced to almost no sciatic nerve pain at all.
My experience with Dr Garda has been life changing, in more than one way. He has impacted my physical well being and also through his teaching, I have changed my perspective on medical issues and treatment.My initial visit was for what seemed to be a mild foot drop. that was corrected with manipulation of my spine. An MRI revealed herniation and spinal stenosis L3,4, and 5 involved. I was told by PMR doctor to use a cane because most were in wheelchairs with an MRI that looked like mine. With Dr. Garda's treatment , and God's Help, the painful issues have ceased. He was able to get movement of vertebra that were stenosed.
