Sandy, Michelle, and Kelly were all a pleasure to interact with - very friendly and genuine service, along with a good variety quality frames of all styles and optional upgrades/add-ons.
I had such a great experience here! The minute I walked in the door the whole staff was so friendly and just genuinely seemed happy to be there. The doctor was super nice answered all my questions and the exam was quick and easy. But I have to shout out to Deasia who was helping me pick out some glasses. She was the one of theosy friendly people I've met. She saw that I was really tight on budget. She went above and out of her way to help me stay in budget and get the glasses I wanted. Well I’ll Be!! We had a phenomenal experience today with Mr. Hal Jackson!! After another place took advantage of my momma we cancelled the order and took her in today to America’s Best. Hal was patient, kind, funny and extremely knowledgeable. Insurance gave us so much grief but Hal never wavered and helped us until everything was ordered. I liked that he offered different price points without pressure. I actually miss the guy now that we are home! What a pleasant experience. It’s nice to have a place to send anyone knowing they will be in the kindest hands.Also the doctor looks like he was actually born yesterday but he wasn’t and is very knowledgeable and professional.... read full review
