“Wife and I had our washer/dryer combo and refrigator all go bad in a months time. YES, we were up the creek. So I called a rental place and got everything replaced. At the time it was a quick fix. Now being on a fixed income, it's getting us down. So, I called Eagle Loan and talked to Morgan. 5 minutes in the call, a huge weight was lifted from us. Went in the next day, 15 minutes , we got a huge help in getting out of a big jam. We dropped our payments by half, the loan time cut by 18 months. So people, you get in a jam and need help, CALL THEM. Do wish I called when this mess started. I'd be over it by now. Loan paid off and living good. They are GOOD UNDERSTANDING PEOPLE. I do not feel I was "preyed" on. Not at all.“
